Our Staff, Doctors and Partners wish to extend a warm welcome to all new and existing patients.
The Billingborough and Rippingale Surgeries, known as The New Springwells Practice, provide health care services to over 5800 patients.
This website aims to provide information about us, the services that we offer together with contact names and numbers.
Dr Jonathan Parry, Senior Partner, leads an excellent team of Doctors who consult from either Surgery, enabling us to provide patient access to a wealth of skills and experience.

Our aim is to give our patients the very best possible medical care we can, within a happy practice which provides fulfilment to doctors and staff.
REGISTERING AS A PATIENT:
Patients wishing to register must live within the Practice Boundary. We will not refuse to accept a patient on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition.
Please bring in your signed Medical Card (or Passport/Driving Licence identification) to complete the Practice Registration form, together with a Health Questionnaire. It is also helpful if you bring in details of your current medication, if any, your immunisation record if known and information on any hospital treatment you are receiving, if appropriate.
An appointment with a Practice Nurse is made for a New Patient Health Check and we then apply for your full medical records from the Health Authority. It is essential that new patients attend their New Patient Health Check appointment to enable us to evaluate your medical requirements, screen for common disorders and discuss your medication and any concerns you may have.
Temporary Patients:
We will be pleased to see anyone staying with, or visiting you, if they require a doctor or a nurse, and cannot attend their own surgery, due to distance.
